1. Measurement and conveying system with open-loop control of AB ratio

E516 has achieved the most important technical indicator for the feeding system - proportioning accuracy, realizing open-loop control and improving the proportioning accuracy of the LSR feeder by an order of magnitude.


2. Servo hydraulic continuous synchronous metering system

In terms of measurement, we have developed and designed a servo hydraulic continuous synchronous measurement system based on the measurement characteristics of the feeding system in the power industry. It breaks the traditional hydraulic control method and adopts a servo motor gear pump structure. The synchronous structure adopts compensation design to ensure the durability of the equipment. This system has the advantages of quietness, no maintenance, cleanliness, no oil, and low energy consumption, and has been well received in the industry!

Due to the use of servo hydraulic station control in the injection system, the stability and repeatability of the injection system have been greatly improved, making your injection parameters more accurate and debugging more convenient.


3. One click bucket removal, safe and reliable

The general feeding system has serious safety hazards during the barrel replacement operation. If the operation is improper, it can cause a sharp increase in air pressure inside the raw material barrel. At the moment when the pressure plate separates from the barrel mouth, it can cause a "barrel explosion" phenomenon, and sometimes even pose a danger to the personal safety of the operator. This has always been one of the challenges in the industry. Kawasaki's latest patented technology enables one click completion of the bucket removal operation, allowing various tedious series of actions to be automatically completed by the computer, completely avoiding the possibility of manual operation errors. The system automatically completes the bucket removal process, safely and stably stopping the pressure plate at the bucket mouth, waiting for the operator's next operation.

4. Digitization of equipment parameters

Many parameters of traditional feeders are not displayed. E516 digitally monitors the condition of raw materials and digitizes pressure and output speed. The pneumatic system of the feeding system is digitally regulated using an electrical proportional valve.
